WAITS is an IT company based in Hickory NC. We also have work space outside of Wilmington NC. We are always looking on expanding our service. We serve both companies and individuals with a tailored IT service that is both active in solving problems and proactive in preventing future problems. WAITS was founded right before the Covid pandemic began and is now expanding business through providing digital services.

Before beginning WAITS in 2019, Will Adair worked on staff at churches and before that for nearly a decade as an IT/IS Director for a Christian non-profit that served abused, neglected, and at risk children.
His IT/IS Director duties included PC, Mac, and Linux communication between physical and virtual networks. Network administration and maintenance including Windows servers and anti-viral servers, data archiving services, and end user support for more than sixty employees. Developing, managing, and overseeing the IT/IS environment including computers (Windows, Mac, Linux), printers (Canon, HP, Kyocera, Samsung), telecommunications (Nortel, NEC systems working with Deltacom, Earthlink, Verizon, TWC), web and video security, and assisting end users with IT related concerns. Will began originally as a volunteer for two years between 2005- 2006 using his prior webdesign and computer hardware knowledge. He was hired full time to rebuild the IT/IS environment including expanding their digital footprint in 2007. He also oversaw billing of 1.5 million a year and was a liaison between the company and the government of North Carolina.
Wayne Gamba is the newest member of WAITS in 2021.
A Filipino native, Wayne Gamba has been pursuing his education with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Film at Mapua University. He also utilizes his time in freelance graphic design.
His forte includes but is not limited to logos, visual designs, and posters. He creates simple yet timeless and remarkable marks for corporations to ensure their effective identity of their brand that will last for a lifetime.
